How often is the data updated?

Parental Control app updates data every 1 minute, general statistics is update every about half an hour, and the location updates range from 1 minute to 10 minutes.

In Control Center app the location uptades after clicking <the> refresh button (but not often than every 1 minute ) and the remaining statistics updates every 3 minutes.

The frequency of data updates is also due to the Android settings on child’s and parent’s phone. For example, due to the low battery level on your phone, Android may limit the frequency of data updates to extend the battery life on your phone.

Notifications about your child’s activity, such as downloaded applications will be shown in real time. However, sometimes there may be delays of 10 – 15 min, which do not result from the Parental Control application.
